Jewellery Care

Sterling Silver by it's nature tarnishes. There are many factors that cause it like being left out and unworn so to prevent it store your jewellery away in an airtight bag/box.

Keep away from moisture and avoid prolonged exposure in water.

Be aware that certain oils from your body and cosmetic products may also cause items to tarnish.

If your item does tarnish you can clean it with a jewellery polishing cloth or with warm soapy water and a soft brush

Hallmarking

All items are hallmarked unless they are of the exempt weight (7.78g for Sterling Silver) Please refer to the British Hallmarking Council for more information regarding hallmarking. (https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/british-hallmarking-council)

And lastly .........

All items are hand crafted and so no two pieces will be identical. Please bear in mind our style of work is textured so pieces do not tend to have a highly polished smooth finish. 

We try to ensure that product photos are a true representation but if you do feel that something is not as you thought please let us know.

As a small independent maker/design we don't carry a lot of stock so items are generally made to order. If you are not satisfied with any item please get in contact within 14 days. If an item is damaged we can exchange the item or refund if still within the 14 day period. Please note, due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
